 | | This card is for the Scripture Challenge using the word: Kindness. The verse Galatians 5:22 came to mind and due to the length of the verse, I chose to use the part that says: The fruit of the Spirit is kindness. This verse choice led me to plan a fruit themed card at first. I didn't think I had very many stamps with the word kindness, but upon a search, I learned that I had quite a few. That's when I found this older & long retired stamp set that has had a perfect word stamp: Friendship begins with a cup of kindness. That's when I changed to a teacup theme! I so enjoy having a hot cup of tea while doing my Bible study. I used an aqua paint pen that a friend had given me as a gift; it looks just like the one in the SU! catalog. It was the first time I had ever tried it. It is quite different than using a blender pen that I like to use, but once I got the hang of it, it was pretty neat! I'll be using it again real soon. I think that this Scripture Challenge is just "tea-riffic" and I am enjoying it! |
