This was made for two challenges this week, the Technique Lover's Challenge to use a recessed window, and for the weekly sketch over at CPS where ODBD is being featured today! Check it out here:http://cardpositioningsystems.blogspot.com/
I used a brand new release from Our Daily Bread Designs, called 'May God Hold You', to make this layered cross. The small and large crosses were embossed twice each with copper ep on watercolor paper, colored with markers, and popped up. The filigree brads were 'painted' with a Krylon copper leafing pen. The recessed window was made with a CM cutting system and two layers of foam tape. Added paper piercing, sponging behind the cross, MS punched foliage, and copper cord. This was a total blast to make! Hope you all like it!!! Have a blessed day!!!

Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.
