HI! This card was made for today's Color Combination challenge: Tempting Turquoise, Gable Green, Pink Passion and Lovely Lilac. WOW...Very BOLD colors....
Markie and I have been spending this week together, as Mark is currently in New Orleans. He has called many times since last evening....
You see, we have 6 cats. And, when Mark is out of town, I bring in the BIG DOGs, bar the doors and set the alarm for outside movement...It's extreme, but I'm not happy being alone. Obviously, the cats do not like the BIG DOGS UNCRATED in the house. They decided to congregate in Markie's room and huddled in a mass on the floor. I went to check on Markie late last night, tripped over a mass of shrieking cats and fell onto the corner of Markie's cedar chest. I broke my fall with my left wrist...unfortunately, it landed on a GLASS JAR full of SHARPENED pencils that were POINT UP!!! I didn't end up at the ER. But, I have MANY new bruises, and a VERY large goose egg on my wrist...Speedy the Cat had the NERVE to Chatter in my FACE as I lay on the floor crying like a baby...Markie was conflicted....Be scared because his mother was freaking out on the floor...Or...Laugh at the CAT! He grabbed his cell and called his father! Have I told you how GREAT this kid is???
The image was stamped onto watercolor paper two times and both images were outlined with SU! markers. Next, I used Twinkling H2O's to blend colors, and add sparkle. I cut out the pieces and layered with foam tape.

Beautiful card, Faith! The shading on the flower is gorgeous! I give you credit for still stamping after the injuries you sustained last night, and hope your bumps and bruises heal quickly!
