 | | Here is my project for both the New Technique challenge and Patter's My Holy Name Challenge.
First I stamped the bg trees on my 6x6 panel - then I made a 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 cut into my page and made a recessed frame as per the instructions in the forum.
I framed the outside with choc chip cs strips that I had embossed with the Distressed stripes cuttlebug folder before cutting.
This weeks My Holy Name word was Protector. I chose Psalm 5:11 to illustrate this word. I used trees as I thought they illustrated well the words 'take refuge' and 'spread your protection' from this psalm. Many animals seek protection and refuge in the trees - as we seek the same in God.
