Today's Technique Lover's Challenge from Lynn was to build a recessed window card. AFTER I figured out how to do it...I thought it would be easy from there. It wasn't. My window is 1/2 inch deep which is actually a little too deep to fit on the card base very well. It would be better at 1/4 inch.
But,,,oh well...I was too far into it and wasn't about to start over. I popped the old olive base up on dimensionals so it wasn't so far back into the card. I really like how the window framed Mudpie....The base of the card is actually eggplant even though it looks black. The pattern paper is by Doodlebug Design. I purchased it at Simply Scrapbooks in Kettering, Ohio.
Hope you like this one !!!
Thanks Lynn for a REALLY challenging Monday !! HA
