This is the prototype for one of my convention swaps. . .what to you think too boring? I found out that one can burn faux diamond dust if they keep the heat gun in one place for too long :) At least I'll know for next time!

Here's how to do Faux diamond dust (I think SU had it on display at a regional convention or something) -
Brayer over glossy cardstock in color of your choice and let dry.
Then cover glossy cardstock with versamark ink and sprinkle iridescent ice embossing powder over it.
Emboss with a heat gun and viola! Faux diamond dust paper. . . I scrapbook stores sell diamond dust paper in all sorts of colors - it's very sparkly, but here's a way to do it yourself :) Have fun!
