The die-cut box is a wedding favor box from the dollar store- 12/$1. It holds chocolate coffee spoons and the cards hold tea bags. The tea bag cards were inspired by Bonnie Beal which I received in a swap a while back.

These looks so cute. I think I may have to try these with a little saying about "Tea for Two" since you can hold 2 tea bags in the tea bag book. Thank you for sharing the directions for ths cute idea.
