FS103 Thanks for Bailing me out

Wow - how do you choose from such a wonderful gallery??? It's almost impossible! I bought this changito a couple of weeks ago and didn't have the chance to use it so I knew I wanted to find a card of Vicky's that had a circle as its main feature.

This is the card I chose to case:

Things I changed: image, sentiment, papers. Another thing I changed is the fact that the original card the paper in the background was two sections but I kept it as one.

I've used stickles for the water and the raindrops as well as the polkadots on the umbrella. Crystal Effects were used on the umbrella handles and on the green part of the umbrella.
