How beautiful! I can just taste one now (I read your recipe). BUT if you want someone to 'test' these before giving 'em out, I'm your woman!! Really...I don't mind at all! Great job!

I found the stems at my local cake decorating store! They had tons...I went to the yellow pages and called all the stores in my area (west michigan) and a couple stores had them! They were very inexpensive too! Gotta love that!
this is awesome I read the recipe and jotted it down for later the only ?? I have is what size box jello small or large please let me know TIA this is really a great idea with valentines on the way add a few pieces of chocolate in the glass oh I can see the looks on the teachers that will get these thanks so much .

Hi gals! The jello is the small size box. If you did not want to roll the strawberries in the sparkle sugar, you could open another red jello box and use that powder to roll your strawberries in! I prefer a little sparkle!!! Enjoy!
