I used up some of my Maine Blueberry paper (that is going to be retiring...) I also used the Curly Label Punch to create a matte behind the Wide Oval piece. I punched 2 pieces with the Curly Label Punch, and just overlapped them a little bit to create a longer piece. I like the way it turned out! I am finding the Curly Label Punch to be so versatile!
The Heart to Heart punch was used to create all of the smaller punched out hearts, and I also used the Photo Corners Punch to create the points on the end of the banner. I just inserted the end of my banner piece into the punch part ways, and lined it up where I wanted it, then punched! Very easy!
I think this card design would also make for a nice wedding or anniversary card. Simply change out the sentiment, and you're good to go!

Clever, clever, clever! Love the double curly label punch idea & how simple to make the end of the banner with the corner punch?? Wow - what terrific ideas!
And you're right, this sketch/layout is wonderful.
