This is my card for today's ways to use it challenge - embellishing your (plain) patterned paper.
I picked a harlequin paper from a DCWV mat stack. The diamonds are two shades of blue. I colored the darker of the diamonds with my Versafine pen and then embossed with clear embossing powder. The darker diamonds are embossed, honest! It did not show up well in the photo. The solid blue paper (from a coordinating DCWV mat stack) was embossed with the CB Diamonds in the Rough EF. The flower is a 2-layered flower punch that is sponged with colorbox liquid chalk ink, then embellished with a blue rhinestone.
This was a fun challenge, but next time I'll pick a PP that will take a little less time to embellish.
Thanks for taking a look at my creation.
