 | | This card was made for 2 challenges;
Tracy (http://eatsleepstamp.typepad.com/) Sketchy Thursdays and
Heather’s (http://onelittlespark.typepad.com/) Share Your Spark.
Heather’s Spark this week was to create something using an image or sentiment that was cut out. Using Tracy’s sketch, I cut out and popped up the Elzy in the car, the pink hearts, the branch and Tiny Bird. The pink hearts behind the car were made by the hearts that were punched out by the edger punch…I turned them over, coloured them RV19 and adhered to the card (didn’t want to waste such cute punched out hearts, lol). I was heavily influenced by the creations of Becky Rusher (http://thepolkadotcafe.blogspot.com/) in making this card. Becky makes the most adorable, darling and sweetest cards ever in a shabby chic style! She makes a lot of “scenes” by cutting out images. I’ve always wanted to try her style…thanks Becky, for sharing your creativity!
Thank you for the inspiration, Tracy, Heather and Becky!
Thank you for looking!
