The title explains it, yes? I thought, I wonder what it would look like if I put ice chips on CS and put reinkers on the ice and let it melt... This half I did not crinkle... Then I made a shaker card with a metal edged tag!

This is soooooo cool!! I love the way you captured the Atlantic Ocean look in this card... It reminds me of snorkeling in the Virgin Islands... ahhhhhh... that was too long ago. TFS... Awesome color combo.
OK... What in the world is ICE CHIPS TECHNIQUE???? Gotta know.. do you have instructions or is this Stone Polish?

The Atlantic looks like this? The Virgin Islands? Is that a vacation? I forgot what those are like! Okay, just kidding. Crushed ice is exactly that: I took matte white cs and took crushed ice from the freezer. I flicked out the larger chips and spread the smaller ones across the cs. I took reinkers (green and turq) and dropped one drop of green on various tops of ice chips, then turq on the other ice chips. I let them melt and then dry. Warning, I tried this with orange and yellow and got a red blob yesterday (I also tried it on glossy, so that might be part of the prob with that)... It was like watching those magic rocks grow! It was so much fun! Enjoy!
