Something Old: Butterfly stamp - at least 10 years
Something New: Teykol paste (resiste type of medium)
Something Borrowed (or gifted): Prima flowers given to me by Secret Santa, Saxontoy.
Something Blue: Cardstock, flower, ink
I stamped the image in this Teykol liquid paste onto shiny 2-sided paper (like SU's glossy white, only 2x thicker and glossy on both sides) that I got from Europe and set it aside to dry. This result is similar to heat embossing, I guess.
Once dry, I took blue, pink and pale green inks to sponge over the images. Matted on Navy and popped up on dimensionals.
Base is navy with unk blue/teal DP.
Used warm words for sentiment on white, punched w/multi word window punch and added 3 brads, popping up.
Took a piece of navy and rounded corners to place the primas on with brads. I used colored prima and ivory smaller one in the center. This panel was also popped up on dimensionals.
I love the way this one turned out. (Thanks, Kim - Luvs Flowers, and her friend, Christiana - opthamologist for showing me this Teykol technique).
Loved the challenge.
Thanks for looking
