I followed the instructions found Here with the PDF attachment.
Instead of the chipboard, tho (didn't have anything close), I just added a 3rd layer of cardstock sandwiched between the 2 DP's for the outer panel.
This is even prettier than a Godiva box ... will have to buy some Fannie Mae and sneak them in - they won't know they're not exclusive, right? lol.

Stunning! I love the dp for your box and the way it folds. Very original.... it will definitely look like designer chocolate!
