This is the box I made for today's TLC. Normally when I make this box, I just make the lid about 1/4 " bigger, the same as the base.
So today I followed Lynn's directions, although I trimmed my lid down a bit. I used some of the trimmings from the paper I used for the lid to make a little strap, putting faux stitching along the edges. I used a Basic Gray magnetic closure to hold it down on the lid, and glued the other end to the base before sticking the box down. I added a little bee who was attracted to those sunflowers, and that was it.
I enjoyed the twist on a familiar project - thanks, Lynn.
