This is my first try at the Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge (#50 - cupcakes optional). I do have a cupcake punch I'm dying to use, but I wanted to make a card for an upcoming male cousin's birthday, so I came up with this idea. I've used the shirt stamp (from the Dollar Store) before, but this time I created my own designer paper with it. It's colored with markers, then matted on 2 colors of c/s. The cork stickers were in my stash, waiting for just the right occasion, and this is it! I matted them on punched rounds of c/s, punched small holes, then looped the raffia through and attached to the back of the image. The whole card front is attached to the card itself, so the raffia ends are hidden. Since I don't have any stamps with "Enjoy and Relax", I printed the words from my PC in reverse-image onto vellum. The ink stays wet long enough to use it as a sort of rub-on. I had never tried that technique on cork, so I can't say it worked great, but it provided an image to go over with a pen, and I was happy enough with the result.
