I purchased the dragonfly already quilled. The oval it's mounted on was cut with a Nestability. I rubbed the edges in Baja Breeze and then rubbed a little bit more on. It's mounted on a scalloped Pacific Point oval. The background above the dragonfly is vellum with pre-printed dragonflies. I used a Scor-Pal on the Baja Breeze band, rubbed on some Pacific Point ink, and mounted it on Pacific Point. The little flowers are punched, the larger one is a Prima, I believe, with a 'gem' center. The sentiment is by Inkadinkado.
