Thanks Lynn for this fun and messy challenge.
I used and image from Gina K Designs called Friendship Blooms.
I colored with pastel hues with SU markers, the matting is in Always Artichoke, Barely Banana and Pretty in Pink.
The glitter strips are different shade of pale green to represent the foliage in the image while the ribbons represent the blooms.
The base cardstock is Very Vanilla.
I staggered the matting layers and used three brads to finish the card.
What do you think?

That is really lovely, Nicole - a beauiful vase of flowers and very elegant colours for your glitter. The glitter effect looks great with the cracked glaze on the vase.
