As have we all, I'm always impressed with JulieHHR, today's Featured Stamper. In looking through her gallery this morning, this card -- Snow City by JulieHRR at Splitcoaststampers -- caught my eye. I have vowed I'm not making any more Christmas cards for a while, so I changed it to a Happy New Year Card. I kept the same layout and feel of Julie's card, but made the following changes:
In addition to changing the them from Christmas to New Years, I also
* Used a different, although similar stamp
* Stamped the fireworks and sentiment on acetate
* Added brads to attach the acetate

Lois what a great card! I like the acetate layering and that fireworks display just explodes off the page!
