 | | The Wish-RAK Group is having a New Year Card Round Up - Cards for the Troops this holiday weekend. Here's my card for jacqueline's Sketch & Honor Challenge #14. We were to make a card using Sketch Challenge 92 and a color combo representing one of our military branches. I went with red, white and blue for the Air Force.
I received these red and white stars from Momma Patti. My card base is Night of Navy. The next panel is Whisper White cs which was paper pierced and dry embossed using the Punches Plus Brass Template. The next panel is Real Red cs onto which I put those four white stars on with Dimensionals. Finally, I layered Whisper White cs onto the navy tag, stamped the sentiment, added the red star with a Dimensional and the Real Red grosgrain ribbon. It, too, is adhered to the card with Dimensionals.
