Hello, this is for the Friday Challenge on the Hanna Stamps forum. We were to combine a Riley stamp, with Hanna accessories.
I used laundry Riley, and B is for Baby!
First I stamped Riley on white with noir black palette ink. Then I made a mask, covered him up, & stamped the clothes line, then I added the blanket.
I drew the floor in with a thin black marker, & a ruler. I decided to add a baseboard too!
For the bg, I made a mask for everything on the clothesline, & cover the bottom from the baseboard down. Then I torn a hunk of plastic from a shopping bag, crumpled it up, and dabbed on colour. I used soft sky first, then baja breeze, & then creamy caramel.
I decided somewhere along the line that I wanted it to look like we were looking in a window. I made the outside with pacific point stamped with the weathered bg in the matching ink. Then I made the opening & frame with the square & scalloped nesties. The white looked a little too bright, so I made dots with a gelly roll pen.
The front panel is attached to the picture panel with dimensionals. Then I finished it with buttons!
I think this would make a great Thank you card, specially for a homecare worker.

This is adorable! I never thought of this one. What a great combo. I saw a great blog recently and the tag line was something like "Things I created when I should have been ironing." I thought that was great. Mine would be "Things I created when I should have been making dinner."
