I like this layout but I'm not thrilled with my card. I just got Elegant Notes (had to have it before it retired, I'd just been putting off buying it for a long time) and I thought it would work for this week's color and sketch challenges. I think the problem is that the Saffron DSP is a little too close to the Saffron card base, there should have been more of a difference between those two layers. Oh well.
Oh, I made some faux brads in the corner, with Bravo Burgundy cardstock punches and some Crystal Effects. When it comes to Bravo Burgundy, I try to use as little as possible...why can't we just replace it with Cranberry Crisp? Cranberry was so much prettier.

This is so pretty. I've not seen many things done with that stamp, but this is terrific.

Love your card--it IS elegant. Love your faux brads and am also a lover of Cranberry Crisp--am hoarding my last few sheets. But I want it all--Crisp and Bravo. My understanding is it's a "pick" thing. SU! doesn't want to have too many items to draw from for shipping. ??? I was told by an insider that was the reason for not offering markers in the In Color. Sigh... this is why I'm not an insider--don't understand these things. I wonder if we leave Bravo in bright sun for a few weeks, will it turn closer to Crisp?
