I love how very sturdy this box turned out. I sponged the DP and CS with 2 layers of Mod Podge Gloss-Lustre Glue and then sprayed with matte sealer. This all adds several steps, but makes a box that can be used over and over. My box is filled with 2 packs of playing cards and Hoyles Rules of Games. A gift to my DH for our trips in our trailer. A very pretty myrtlewood cribbage board is wrapped to complete the gift.
Be sure and go to Leslie's blog link. I followed Leslie's tutorial exactly......including starting with a Nestle's Hot Chocolate Box :-)
Merry Christmas to all.......

Wow, Nancy! This is so darn cute and it makes such a nice presentation for your gift to Denny. I just love it and I know he will, too. I'm surprised you pulled this off without him seeing it. I love your little tag. Dang, this makes me want to make another one! Merry Christmas!
