I made this for this month's Dirty Girl Challenge: Holiday Wrap. As issued by Jami, the parameters of our challenge were
Challenge Focus: A Christmas/Hanukah/Winter Card inspired by a childhood holiday memory or favorite thing about the season. Tell us about the memory or inspiration in your gallery description
Required Element: Wrapping paper. Use a piece of holiday wrapping paper on your card in some way.
Restricted Element: No snowflake stamps, papers or embellishments.
My holiday memory: there was a period of about five years (pre-kids!) when my DH and his family would have gingerbread house building contests. These were a lot of fun and got very competitive! Making this card got me to think that I need to re-start that tradition...

Yummy!!! I think we should all start that tradition again... we used to do it when our boys were little, but they outgrew it.... now I want to be the kid! Love your use of colors... always so fun!

This card is so bright and fun and adorable!!! LOve it! And what a fun contest that would be. Although I must say that my one and only attempt at building a gingerbread house was disasterous!
