Wonderful gallery to CASE today! I chose this one: It takes A Long Time To Grow Old Friends by Cards_By_America at Splitcoaststampers. Can you tell I like snowmen? LOL My last few cards have been snow related!
I change the shape of the card from a square to rectangle, the image was change, as was the circles to a sort of oval. I also use a much thinner ribbon......details....
I got this pattern, which is by Renee' Mullins, at Plum Purdy. You can download it for free. So I did. I traced the image onto w/c paper and colored it with w/c pencils, paint, stippled ink.....just lot's of different ways. Had fun doing it.
Cut it out and layered it on black cs. Put it on a bg panel of white cs that I ran through the cb with the snowflake fiskar plate, then sponged faded jeans on it.
Put this all on a white card that I lightly sponged the edges faded jeans and doodled. Punched out some snowflakes using glossy linen cs and added silver gems in the centers then put them on the corners. Put my ribbon around the panel, and made a bow that I glued on. Well, I hope you like it......TFL :0)

How cute is that snowman..... amazing job with the colouring.... love the embossed and sponged panel, doodling, ribbon and snowflake embellishments.... I like how the snowflakes are the same design as what is on the ribbon. tfs

I have no idea what you did here, but not only does it sound like a professional artist at work, but it sure looks like professional's work of art! Your snowman is too precious and your doodling is the perfect finish!
