This birthday card was made specially for my sister's FIL, who is a huge Cubs fan like myself. After checking out the Cubs' website and jerseys, I sketched the shirt image on scratch paper as a template. The card is Whisper White, the stripes were drawn with ruler and Brilliant Blue marker. Used CM cutting system to cut out half circle for neck. Sponged edges in Going Gray. The emblem was stamped with Short Order Alphabet's 'c' and little alphabet from Target's $1 spot (this took several tries before I got the letters straight!) This was very easy and very fun...you'll have to try it for your sports fan!!! Thanks so much for looking!

Oh Angella, this is Fabulous!!!! My DS's birthday is Dec 26 and he is such a Phillies fan! I will try to attempt this for his birthday! I LOVE it! Great idea! Did you have a baseball themed inside sentiment? So cool!

This is so great!!! My dd is a HUGE Cubs fan,and her b'day is the 22nd. I guess I need to start now trying to make this card. I may be emailing you for help..lol! Thanks for sharing the wonderful idea!
