Playing some more with this set. I decided this would look beautiful using the Chalkboard technique. I wanted to do something a little different, so I chose Kraft as the base for stamping. It does make the colors a bit harder to see, but I think the picture shows it well enough.
So, I stamped using Whisper White Craft ink and then used the little daubers to sponge the chalk onto the image. The ovals are cut with the Coluzzle. The card base is Bashful Blue, and I used DSP from the Just 4 You Simply Scrappin' Kit (hostess from the last catalog I believe). I colored part of the image from a stamp from On Your Birthday with the Basic Black Marker.
I love the effect, my DH says its too light, but that is the point for me. :-) I used only Soft Subtles for the chalks, which is probably the reason for it being so light.
