Is this snowman by Kim Hughes not the cutest, snuggliest little thing? Now, I colored him with my new Canvas backgrounder...yes, I know, there is no such thing as a red canvas snowman...but I still think it looks so key-ooot! Made snowflake background doing the faux silk technique the RIGHT way...I think I've been doing it wrong all along. I used to either just crumple patterned tissue paper and glue it one cardstock, or take plain, crumple, glue it on cs, and THEN stamp on it....well, luckily on Nichole Heady's blog she straightened it out for me! You stamp FIRST on cardstock and THEN crumple tissue paper and GLUE OVER your stamped image....! Oooops! But I still think it looks good either way...I just love the wrinkles!
