I wanted to make a small card (3x3.5) to echo the smaller canvas of the pendants. The card base is a pre-fab card from A Muse that I cut down.
The igloo is adhered to the card base behind the back vellum layer, and the bear is popped up over it but behind the front layer of vellum. I used a blue marker on the igloo and the bear for some depth, then used my glue pen to add DD glitter where I wanted it. Lastly, I used my black glaze pen on the bear's nose and paw.
The card is sponged in white craft but the vellum is sponged in blue, and I went over the vellum's torn edges with my Stardust glitter pen.
The centers of the snowflakes are torn pieces of cotton that I wadded up into balls.
TFL!

Love your vellum snow and that darling little polar bear. I thought it was that pendant - I have it in mind to make one from tomorrow if I have time. But it won't be as cute as this one...
