Hi Everyone, This is my card for today's Color Combo Challenge... I don't know why I have so much trouble with this particular challenge, but it's like I just vapor lock, and can't get past the colors...
I needed a Thank You card for my daughters SIL for sending over some delicious pumpkin bread.
So this is what I did. The base card is Basic Black and then I layered Going Grey that I stamped with weathered in Going Grey. (not for sure why I did that, you can't see it...) The next layer is a rust color dp from Best Creations, Inc. I rounded the corners. I punched the black decorative corners out with the CB Vintage corner die. The sentiment is from Thank You Kindly and is stamped in Really Rust on Very Vanilla. THis is cut out with the nestibilities and is layered on Basic Black which is also cut out with the nestibilities. Added the flower, brad, leaves and doodled around the edges of the sentiment. TFL

Fern, the end result is just so stunning! wow, I'm really lovin' this one girl! You worked those colors together beautifully. I think your corner punches add such an essence of glamour to this beautiful thanks you card.
