I wanted to make a card for little Marisa who at only 6 years of age has battled leukemia since she was 4 - poor little darling....I am also going to make a card for Amy, Marisa's Mum. So I went with the challenge colours, which didn't seem too girly but I am learning and doing before coming to an opinion....
Not having the right colours, I used ones as close as I could...I am still highly understocked in grey, although found some bits, but mainly relied on silver and it added plenty of sparkle which all little girls LOVE! The little silver butterfly is recycled from one of my girls necklaces, that has broken a zillion times and I have given up fixing....isn't it cute!!?
Hope you like it, I must add here that the image is from a RAK from the one and only Peggy (aka Marilyn Prestonn) and the sentiment on vellum is also from a RAK, from Suleika (aka Roxystamper) Thanks girls...there is part of all of us in this card...the more love the better!!!
Thanks for looking and I so enjoy your comments!
