I started these gift card holders (I made 3) with the DP from HL. I loved the non-traditional holiday/winter colors and so pulled the blue, red, pink and grey onto the medalion on the front. The circles on the paper inspired me to use my treading water border punch to "cut out" the center slot on the inside for the gift card. They were super simple and quick to make.
Paper: brocade blue, going grey, whisper white, baja blue.
Ink: baja blue, riding hood red
stamps: So Many Scallops
accessories: ribbon, circle scallp punch, 1 1/4 circle, red rhinestones

I like the non traditional colors too! Great edging work on the cut out. Very creative!
