My mom commissions cards from me for various occasions, so when she needed a card for the neighbors' 50th wedding anniversary, I got right to work.
I'm featuring the Chalkboard Technique at my Stamp Club next month, and needed a bit more practice with the technique, so decided to incorporate that here. I love this retired SU! set and the coordinating wheel. For 50 years, I thought using the "always" sentiment (also retired) and images that reflect the passing of seasons would be appropriate.
I realize that the colors are pretty feminine, but I figure any man who has been happily married for this long will know which side his bread is buttered.
This is a 5 1/4" square card. I kept the colors on the seasonal images within the Soft Subtles family. I used Regal Rose for all of the pink images, including the wheeled border on envelope and inside of card. The "Happy Anniversary" greeting from Hugs and Wishes is stamped in Basic Black on the inside of the card.

That is beautiful and so creative. Since you said you making special cards, you might want to consider printing the inside message on the computer to make them more professional.
