 | | This card is CASE'd from Patty Bennett - I could not improve on perfection as it is so cute exactly as she did it! It was a big hit for the birthday!
I used the pennant die for the scallops - that works so well. Have not used it yet for pennants, but I sure use it alot for perfect, unflawed scallops!
