I made this and the sympathy card for today's challenge, to use watercolour paper. I wanted to be a big adventurous, but the best laid plans...For once we finished late in work, and by the time I got home I had a bad headache. I made this card first - the image has been on my desk for over a month now till I faced up to the task of colouring it. Stamped on watercolour paper, coloured with H2Os, sponged with chalk ink for the background, matted up on pink Bazzill, then pearlescent blue card. After that all I had to do was add 3 fabric almond blossoms and Dew Drops.
And then I discovered that the exact same image was on the back, and the one I didn't colour was the better one...it's been one of those days.

What a beautiful scene, apeasing and yet bright, bringing hope for the ones left behind. Love your pink flowers. Great work on the challenge, mighty fine watercoloring. TFS
