Well, I can try to be more specific.... FF is from the Art Institute of Glitter - they also make Fantasy Fiber. Here's the link to their page: http://www.artglitter.com/retail/fantasyfilm.htm
It's very thin, translucent - but you can see the different colors on the surface. So far I've mostly seen it used with an iron (to fuse several sheets together) for making wings and things. I 'glued' mine down with Gloss Gel Medium (from Hobby Lobby), then cut them out & applied Crackle or Glossy Accents. I only have four colors (Krista's Eyes, Sunkissed, In the Glen & Waterfall) but have no way of knowing which colors are which. Except the 2nd & 4th petals and the center are all Sunkissed (it looks kind of yellow/pink IRL). I know you can buy it directly through Art Institute, but I've bought mine from After Midnight: https://www.amstamps.com/shoppingcart/agora.cgi?cart_id=3306937.30826*Ay3S51&next=6&product=film
Or at rubber stamping shows. I have also seen it (or something *very* similar) at a local specialty quilting shop. You may find it a places that carry lots of AI stuff, but I've never seen it around here.
