The card base is Real Red cs followed by Ski Slope designer paper. The chocolate-colored strip of Ski Slope paper was punched with my Scallop Edge Punch and adhered to the card. The image was stamped with Jet Black StazOn onto watercolor paper and colored with various SU markers, Baja Breeze ink pad and Aquapainter. I don't know if you can tell from the photo, but I applied Dazzling Diamonds with the Two-Way Glue Pen wherever there's snow in the image. Oh, it's SO sparkly!
I pulled out my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to stamp the sentiment with Chocoate Chip ink, added the Filigree and Firestone brads in the corner and then layered this panel onto Real Red cs. It was adhered to the Ski Slope paper and then the whole thing was wrapped with that pretty Alpine Originals ribbon.

Beautifully done!! Yes, I can see some of the sparkle and can imagine what it must look like IRL. Your layout is what really puts this card into the WOW category. tyfs
