Take white paper lunch bag. Fold top down 2 times towards the front side. Cut in from each side along the fold line - leaving approx. 1 1/2 in. UNCUT in the middle. Cut in again from the sides on a curve to make the shoulders rounded. Cut tie from decorative paper - or stamp a tie shaped piece of paper as desired. Attach to bag front with sticky tape or dimensionals. Fold top flaps in towards center until they meet and make the collar. Attach brads to corners - I did them all the way through to hold the bag closed until I fill it with a gift. Once you have your gift in there - you can just put the brads through the flaps and use sticky tape to secure the flaps to the front of the bag. I hope that's clear enough - it's hard to explain on paper - once you're working with the bag, it should make sense!
