A white and sparkly "Joy to the world" wonderland! I love outline scenery stamps to color in because they are so versatile... you can make them almost any season just by using different colors.
This was really fast to make. About 45 minutes start to finish. Watercolored lightly with light blue and a little craft white, added the spica clear pen for some sparkle and liquid applique for foreground snow. Ribbon from walmart and it's so pretty!

Laurie, if ever a card spelled S-N-O-W...this one does! All the dimension and texture created ones COLD card. Love the effects and snowflakes, too.
