This looks so much more interesting in real life because the pierced stars all shine from light behind it. The vellum glows nicely. It was so fun to make.

* Sakura Star dust Gelly Roll Pen
* White ink for the moon on a Niji watercolour brush.
* Watercolour pencils & Niji watercolour brush or Inks, markers, other medium
* Crystal Ice Stickles
* Crystal Lacquer
Tools: Paper piercer, paper trimmer, scissors, Oh So Sticky Tape. Foam mounting tape
To make the stars twinkle: A candle (tea-light in a canning jar)/ a battery-powered light.
