This is done using a technique that I am not really sure what the name of it is... you are supposed to color with markers on acetate then sprits with water and stick it to your paper... well I don't have acetate so I used a stamp box lid!!! WORKS GREAT! The key is to make sure you have enough "mixture friendly" colors and make it good and wet! A super fun and easy background. Just have to wait for it to dry to mount it onto the card.

Wow!!! Very pretty!!! I'll have to try this. I think that technique is called "Smackin' Acetate". I have seen a lot of beautiful cards made using this technique. TFS
