Poster: One Happy Stamper

To make the Pearl Ex background, simply apply VersaMark ink to entire surface & brush Pearl Ex powders all over in a random pattern. Seal w/hairspray or spray sealant. The flowers were painted with Pearl Ex powders mixed w/Lumiere paint.
