I don't have Twinkling H20s, but Lynn said we could still participate in today's Penciled Pink Twinks challenge as long as our card has pink on it. I will be donating my card to Chemo Angels.
I thought this cute set from My Favorite Things would be the perfect card to send someone battling cancer. I colored my image with Copics except for the hat which was done with a glitter pen (my twink effect!).
