I just love Pocket Silhouettes for the simplicity which it creates. Originally I was just going to mount the little silhouetted piece in the center of the plain pink pirouette cardstock base, but I felt it needed something else, so I pulled out a wheel, which is something I just don't use enough. Thought that the Baroque Border would look pretty with this, and the pink pirouette ink is so subtle, so it isn't too bright. The sentiment is a rub-on.
The center design is reverse masked. First I sponged the close to cocoa ink inside the masking frame, which I created by using the wide oval punch on a post-it note. Then I stamped the inked up silhouette plant into the masked frame, and voila! I have velcro pouches full of scraps that I save, so the challenge of using scraps was not difficult for me.
I think this would make a pretty wedding card, perhaps a wedding shower card?
TFL, love this challenge!
