I made this album cover for a Cub Scout den leader.
I used Under the Stars and the other set that I honestly cannot remember the name of. I stamped my fire, the hot dog and sleeping bag. I colored these with my Prisma markers.
I sponged the ground and sky. There are 5 colors in the grass and 4 colors in the sky, plus black all around the border.
I stamped my whispy smoke with basic grey, stamped off twice, the stamped. I highlighted the smoke with a white gel pen.
I mounted my main image on Summer Sun, then on a Blue from Hollos.
Holes were punched and eyelets set with my CAD. I used leather cording for the binding and pony beads for a scout touch, since the cub scouts earn beads as well as patches.

Awesome job. I love the way the smoke looks. The way you have it sponged and colored really gives it depth. I like the beads on the leather stips. I know that it will be an appreciated gift. It was so thoughtful of you to make it.

You really did a great job on this! Perfect for the Boy Scouts. The leather cording and beads you used was a great idea. The background you created is stunning.
Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.
