I made this for Beate's Inspiration challenge #24 - Blogs at Splitcoaststampers .
I used the colours and the leaves, and snuck in a butterfly from the Icon glass. The base is left over from last Saturday when I chopped my inspiration card in two. It's light blue Bazzill, stamped with Seeing Spots and embossed with white EP.
The main layer is some unknown paper stamped with a leaf in ColorBox Pigment Olive Green, and the corners punched with a Marvy corner punch. I took a skeleton leaf and stitched seed beads down the central vein and round the edges, and strung a few on to the thread for the stem. To finish off I added a punched butterfly highlighted with Stickles, and little amber heart gems in each corner. I saw a leaf card like this in a magazine two or three years ago, and as I had my orange beads out for another card I made today, it was time to give it a go.
