I'm not sure about these colors. While looking through the gallery, I thought they looked really pretty together. Then I made my card, and I think it looks a little dull.
I used the Cuttlebug for most of this card. The layout (except for the circles) was inspired by one I found in a book called "Fast, Fun Cards." The book is in my recycling stack and I decided to look at it one last time before giving it away.
The Hope sentiment is from the Love Barrel of Stamps collection by The Paper Studio. The borders were punched with a Martha Stewart[correction--this is a FISKARS punch] border punch and I scored the blue panel with the ScorPal. The blue ribbon was just something I had on hand.

This turned out beautiful! Not dull at all! I especially love the cuttlebug embossing and the way you used the border punch. It made the blue paper look like lace! TFS

Very pretty. I like the lacey layer with the delicate score lines. Nice sketch too~
