This is for SBVC38 where we were to use velvet paper on our page. I've never heard of velvet paper before, so this was a fun challenge. Even though its kinda pricey, I really enjoyed working with it. You can do anything to velvet paper you'd do with regular cs, but it has such a nice texture and is sturdier than regular CS. Anyway, I used the velvet paper 3 times: 1. My Title is a cuttlebug alphabet die cut from purple velvet paper . 2. The 'lattice' trim on the side is brown velvet paper. I used a cuttlebug die. 3.The background paper of the car was run thru the Cuttlebug EF 'Distressed Stripes'. My background was stamped with Stampin Up! 'Weathered" and I sponged the edges. The pics are of old historic building in the town that I live.
