I was asked for a tutorial on this, and though I don't have one, I scanned in the pattern I had for the 'pop-up' portion of it. It is a half sheet of 8.5 x 11 cardstock. The markings show dotted, dashed and solid lines. You need to cut the vertical lines with a hobby knife. The dotted lines are scored and folded 'out' to make the step and the dashed lines are scored and folded 'in'. Where you see the little arrows in the middle...those are scored and folded 'in' and will be the halfway fold of the card. It was tricky to use the printed paper to layer onto the white cardstock I printed the pattern on, but you could certainly just stamp the background. I cut about 1/8" off the folded pattern so it would fit inside a regular piece of folded cardstock and still show a border all around.
